Q: What is the event?
The American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron’s Ball brings together cowboys and cowgirls for an evening of western-themed fun while raising funds to help the Society attack cancer from every angle. This year’s Cattle Baron’s Ball will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel in Orlando. Festivities begin at 6 p.m., with a reception that includes a silent auction, followed by a gourmet dine-around, featuring food from many of Central Florida’s finest chefs, an open bar with tasty libations, live country and pop entertainment, unique live auction items, interactive activities and plenty of dancing.

Western Casual is the attire so grab your best pair of jeans and shine your boots for this evening. Check out the About page with picture and video to get some great ideas.
Q: How do we check in?
A link for the auction will be sent out to all guests who have provided a cell phone number prior to registration opening at 6:00pm. Everyone will need to see one of our Ranch Hand volunteers in front of the check in desk to receive their table number and evening program. Registration will be at the desk located in the main hallway leading to the Gatlin Ballroom with the appropriate signage.
Q: What is the entertainment at the event?
Live country and pop music, dancing, round-up of cowboy and cowgirl activities, silent and live auctions and a few surprises. Take a chance on winning the Wine Door, or Backyard BBQ!
This exciting and worthwhile event will raise over $500,000 to fund local and national programs supporting cancer patients, education and life-saving research.
